Between Departure and Farewell

🌍 The Beginning – When Letting Go Is the First Step
The time has come – the journey begins.
For a very long time, I have been moving towards this decision – to RESET EVERYTHING – and I have also worked through it painfully. Over the past few years, I have been through a lot – emotionally as well as physically. For a long time, I skillfully ignored pain and illness, simply kept going, kept functioning, until nothing worked anymore. But after many conversations, honestly looking within myself, and spending moments alone with my own thoughts, I finally found the courage to let go and embark on a new, unknown path. To trust that the right things will reveal themselves.

And with each passing day, I realize more clearly that every new beginning also means saying goodbye.
I am leaving behind people, habits, possessions, my secure job, and my horse – a life filled with security. I resigned from my permanent position at a large corporation without knowing exactly what comes next. No clear plan, no guarantee, just this quiet feeling: Something different is waiting for me.
I don’t have a crystal ball that tells me what is going to happen, what the right path is, what awaits me, or what my life will look like in a few years. But isn’t that exactly what makes it special? Not knowing what is going to come next.
Opening a surprise bag called life.

Between anticipation and uncertainty, between departure and letting go – that is exactly where I find myself right now. It is a strange feeling when you realize that you are leaving everything familiar behind, that you do not know what the true destination of it all is, and that everything inside you is tingling with excitement and anticipation.
I do not know where this journey will take me. I only know that I am ready to let myself be carried along, to learn, to grow, and to finally discover what truly belongs to me.

🎒 The Great Packing Chaos
And while all these thoughts are circling through my mind, everything around me looks like a small whirlwind. Things are lying everywhere, half-open bags, items that make me wonder: Do I really need to take this with me? What do I actually need, and what can stay behind?
I move things around, sort, discard things again, start all over – and in the process I realize that packing somehow reflects exactly what is happening inside me right now. Letting go. Making decisions. Starting over.
What do I really need? What is allowed to stay – and what is allowed to go?
It is a constant back and forth, but I guess that is part of it too. Maybe it is not so important to have everything perfectly prepared.
Maybe this chaos is exactly the beginning – my beginning.
Simply jumping into the unknown and seeing what happens.
